With nine years behind the chair, Dallice brings the same care and attention to her clients that she'd give someone in her own family. She takes the time to understand what works for your hair and loves sharing what she knows, whether that's explaining why certain cuts work, helping you understand your options, or teaching you something new about caring for your hair. She wants you to feel comfortable asking questions, because understanding your hair is part of getting results you can enjoy beyond your appointment. She enjoys those conversations just as much. For Dallice, great hair shouldn't be something you only get to enjoy when you leave the salon.

Originally from California, Dallice moved to Indiana with her husband, bringing her experience and love for doing hair to Urban Society Salon.

When she's not behind the chair, you'll probably find her hanging out with her husband, playing video games, reading a good book, watching anime, or spending time with her three cats, Karma, Nami, and Winnie.
